The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes things clear. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 A fresh remembrance has never come to them from the Merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 Indeed they have denied, so now soon coming upon them are the tidings of what they used to scoff at. 6 Do they not look at the earth, how We caused a variety of fine vegetation to grow from it (in abundance)? 7 Most surely there is a sign in that, but most of them will not believe. 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
