The Poets (Alshu'araa')
227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ TaSeenMeem. 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 And there cometh not unto them any fresh admonition from the Compassionate but they are wont to be therefrom backsliders. 5 Surely they have done with denying; soon will come to them the news of what they were laughing at. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 8 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 9

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
