The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that thou tormentest thyself (O Muhammad) because they believe not. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
