The Poets (Alshu'araa')
227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
