The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the verses of the perspicuous Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
