The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Seen-Meem. (Alphabets of the Arabic language – Allah, and to whomever he reveals, know their precise meanings.) 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Whenever a new message comes to them from the Beneficent God, they turn away from it. 5 thus, indeed, have they given the lie (to this message as well). But [in time] they will come to understand what it was that they were wont to deride! 6 Do they not see the earth, how We grow all kinds of noble things upon it? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And indeed your Lord – indeed only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
