When Your Lord told Moses to go to the unjust people of the Pharaoh 10 the people of Pharaoh, who refuse to be conscious of Me!" 11 He said: My Lord! Lo! I fear that they will deny me, 12 and my chest will become constricted and my tongue will not be loosed (in my speech), therefore, send to Aaron. 13 They hold a sin against me, and I fear that they will kill me' 14 Said He: "Not so, indeed! Go forth, then, both of you, with Our messages: verily, We shall be with you, listening [to your call]! 15 “Therefore approach Firaun then proclaim, ‘We both are Noble Messengers of the Lord Of The Creation.’ 16 let the Children of Israel go with us!'" 17 (Pharaoh) said (unto Moses): Did we not rear thee among us as a child? And thou didst dwell many years of thy life among us, 18 And thou didst that thy deed which thou didst; and thou art of the ingrates. 19 He (Moses) replied: 'Indeed, I did that when I was among those who stray. 20 I fled from you because I feared you. But my Lord has given me judgment and made me one of the Messengers. 21 And is this a favor of which you remind me - that you have enslaved the Children of Israel?" 22 Pharaoh said: 'And what is the Lord of the Worlds' 23 'He' (Moses) replied: 'is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, if you believe' 24 Said [Pharaoh] unto those around him: "Did you hear [what he said]?" 25 He said: your Lord and the Lord of your ancient fathers. 26 Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "Verily, your Messenger who has been sent to you is a madman!" 27 (Moses) said: "The Lord of the East and the Lord of the West and all that lies between them, if you have sense." 28 Fir'aun (Pharaoh) said: "If you choose an ilah (god) other than me, I will certainly put you among the prisoners." 29 Moses said: "Even if I were to bring a Clear Sign to you?" 30 (The Pharaoh) said: "Then bring it, if you speak the truth." 31 He cast down his staff and thereupon it was a clear serpent. 32 And he drew forth his hand, and lo, it was white to the beholders. 33
