۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
