۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 In the meantime We made the others approach that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
