۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 Then drowned the others. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
