۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
