۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 their treasures and a noble station. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 But We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
