۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 they have enraged us, 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We inspired Moses, saying: Smite the sea with thy staff. And it parted, and each part was as a mountain vast. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
