۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
