۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 and they have enraged us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
