۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 "There is a small group of people 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
