3/4 Hizb 37

۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Surely, your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
