۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
