۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
