۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 (Saying): "These (Israelites) are but a small band, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
