۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 "There is a small group of people 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 We delivered Moses and all those who were with him, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68
