۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 So it was; and We made the Descendants of Israel its inheritors. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 Then drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
