۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 (Proclaiming): "Surely they are a small band (of fugitives). 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
