۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
