۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 and we are a host on our guard' 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable place. 58 This happened with them; (but on the other hand), We enabled the Children of Israel to inherit those bounties. 59 Then they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
