۞ And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And verily they have enraged us. 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
