Tell them the story of Abraham, 69 [how it was] when he asked his father and his people, "What is it that you worship?" 70 They said: "We worship idols, and we remain constantly in attendance on them." 71 He said: hearken they unto you when ye cry? 72 Or do they profit you or cause you harm? 73 They said, "No, but our fathers worshipped them." 74 He said: have ye observed that which ye worship 75 you and those ancient forebears of yours? 76 Lo! they are (all) an enemy unto me, save the Lord of the Worlds, 77 Who created me, then He has shown me the way: 78 It is He who gives me food and drink 79 and, whenever I am sick, heals me, 80 Who will cause me to die and then will again restore me to life; 81 and who I am eager shall forgive me my offence on the Day of Doom. 82 "O my Sustainer! Endow me with the ability to judge [between right and wrong,] and make me one with the righteous, 83 and grant me an honourable reputation among posterity, 84 and make me of those who will inherit the Garden of Bliss, 85 And forgive my father. Lo! he is of those who err. 86 and do not disgrace me on the Day when all people are resurrected, 87 The Day whereon neither wealth nor sons will avail, 88 except what is done in obedience to God with a submissive heart. 89 And the garden shall be brought near for those who guard (against evil), 90 and the Fire will be uncovered for those who strayed, 91 And it shall be said unto them where is that which ye were wont to worship? 92 “Instead of Allah? Will they help you or retaliate?” 93 They will then be thrown into Hell with those who had gone astray 94 And the whole hosts of Iblis (Satan) together. 95 And they will say, and they will be quarrelling in it: 96 "By God, we were most obviously astray 97 When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds. 98 No one but the sinners led us astray. 99 “So now we do not have any intercessors.” (The believers shall have intercessors, the disbelievers none). 100 Nor a close friend (to help us). 101 If we could only return to the world and be among the believers." 102 There is certainly a sign in that, but most of them would not believe: 103 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
