Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 [Whereupon] he prayed: "O my Sustainer! Behold, my people have given me the lie: 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122
