The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 span class="col">Their brother Noah asked them, "Why do you not fear God? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They replied: 'Are we to believe you whom the lowliest follow' 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 I would not drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain warner. 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
