The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask no payment from you for my preaching. The Lord of the Universe will give me my reward. 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, “O Nooh, if you do not desist you will surely be stoned.” 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
