The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 Thereafter We rescued him and those who were with him in the laden Ark 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Most surely there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
