And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I am for you a faithful Messenger, 107 So be fearful of God and listen to me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 It is for my Lord to bring them to book, if you can understand. 113 I do not drive away the believers. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
