The people of Noah also rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you have no fear of God? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me. 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
