Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 If only you would realize, their account is with my Lord. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
