Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
