I shall receive my reward from the Lord of the Universe. 127 “What! You build a structure on every height, to laugh at the passers-by?” 128 "And do ye get for yourselves fine buildings in the hope of living therein (for ever)? 129 When you lay hands upon anyone, you do so as tyrants. 130 "Be, then, conscious of God and pay heed unto me: 131 and [thus] be conscious of Him who has [so] amply provided you with all [the good] that you might think of 132 "He has aided you with cattle and children. 133 and with gardens and springs. 134 Lo! I fear for you the retribution of an awful day. 135 [But] they answered. "It is all one to us whether thou preachest [something new] or art not of those who [like to] preach. 136 This has been happening all along. 137 They rejected him and We destroyed them. 138 And they denied him, so We destroyed them.
