The folk of Lot denied the messengers (of Allah), 160 When their brother Lot said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 161 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 162 be, then, conscious of God, and pay heed unto me! 163 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 164 What, of all creation will you go to (fornicate with) the males, 165 And leave what your Lord has created for you of your wives? Nay, you are a people exceeding limits. 166 They said: if thou desistest not, O Lut! thou shalt surely be of those driven forth. 167 He said: "I do detest your doings." 168 My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do." 169 So We saved him and his family, all, 170 Except an old woman (his wife) among those who remained behind. 171 then We destroyed the others. 172 We rained upon them a rain, and evil is the rain (of stones) on those that are warned. 173 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not Muslims. 174 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 175
