The dwellers in the wood (of Midian) denied the messengers (of Allah), 176 When Shuaib said to all of them, “Do you not fear?” 177 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 178 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ Fill up the measure, and be not cheaters, 181 Weigh on an even balance. 182 And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption. 183 And keep your duty unto Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old. 184 They said: Thou art but one of the bewitched; 185 And thou art but a human being like unto us, and we deem thee to be of the liars. 186 So cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you should be of the truthful." 187 He said: "My Lord is the Best Knower of what you do." 188 They rejected him and then the torment of the gloomy day struck them. It was certainly a great torment. 189 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 190 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 191
