And this (Qur'an) is a revelation from the Lord of all the worlds, 192 The Trusted Spirit hath brought it down. 193 to your heart that you might become one of those who warn (others on behalf of Allah), 194 In plain Arabic language. 195 And verily it is in the Scriptures of the ancients. 196 Was it not a sign for them, that it is known to the learned of the Children of Israel? 197 But [even] had We bestowed it from on high upon any of the non-Arabs, 198 and he had recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. 199 In this wise have We made way for it into the hearts of the culprits. 200 they will not believe in it until they see the grievous punishment. 201 It will come upon them suddenly when they are not expecting it. 202 Then they will say: Are we to be reprieved? 203 Do they then ask for Our Penalty to be hastened on? 204 Just think: If We let them enjoy (the good things of life) for a few years more, 205 and then Our torment will strike them, 206 So of what benefit will be the comforts that they were using? 207 We never destroyed any town without first sending to them warning and guidance. 208 By way of admonition, and We have never been oppressors. 209 It was not the satans who brought it down: 210 It behoveth them not, nor they can. 211 indeed they are debarred from overhearing it. 212 (Muhammad), do not worship anything besides God lest you suffer the punishment. 213 And warn thy clan, thy nearest kin. 214 and be kind to your believing followers. 215 Then if they disobey thee, say: "I am free (of responsibility) for what ye do!" 216 And put thy trust in the Mighty, the Merciful. 217 Who watches you when you stand up. 218 or move during your prostration with the worshippers. 219 Surely He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing. 220 Shall I inform you upon whom do the devils descend? 221 They descend on every sinful, false one. 222 They give ear, but most of them are liars. 223 As for poets, only the wayward follow them. 224 Have you not seen them wandering and bewildered in every valley 225 And that they say what they do not do. 226 except those who believed and acted righteously and remembered Allah much, and when they themselves were subjected to wrong, they exacted retribution no more than to the extent of the wrong? Soon will the wrong-doers know the end that they shall reach. 227
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
