And the disbelievers said, “Will we, when we and our forefathers have turned into dust, be removed again?” 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say: "Go all over the earth and behold what happened in the end to those [who were thus] lost in sin!" 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And verily, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they reveal. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 It is a guidance and a mercy to believers. 77 Surely, by His Judgement, your Lord will decide between them. He is the Mighty, the Knower. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Truly thou canst not cause the dead to listen, nor canst thou cause the deaf to hear the call, (especially) when they turn back in retreat. 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
