The Unbelievers say: "What! when we become dust,- we and our fathers,- shall we really be raised (from the dead)? 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 Say: "Travel in the land and see how (bad) was the end of sinners." 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful? 71 say thou: "It may well be that something of that which [in your ignorance] you so hastily demand has already drawn close unto you." 72 But verily thy Lord is full of grace to mankind: Yet most of them are ungrateful. 73 And verily thy Lord knoweth all that their hearts do hide. As well as all that they reveal. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Surely this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they are at variance; 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Certainly your Lord will decide between them in His wisdom, He is the Almighty, the All Knowing, 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 You do not make the dead hear, nor do you make the deaf hear you call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ And when the word is fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth to speak unto them because mankind had not faith in Our revelations. 82
