Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 We were told about this and so were our forefathers before us. But these are no more than fairy tales that have been recounted from ancient times." 68 Say: "Go ye through the earth and see what has been the end of those guilty (of sin)." 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 They say, 'When shall this promise come to pass, if you speak the truth?' 71 say thou: "It may well be that something of that which [in your ignorance] you so hastily demand has already drawn close unto you." 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 and it is a guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His [wise] judgement. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. 78 Wherefore put thy trust in Allah; verily thou art on manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 Thou shalt not guide the blind out of their error neither shalt thou make any to hear, save such as believe in Our signs, and so surrender. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82
