The unbelievers say: 'When we and our fathers are turned to dust, shall we be brought forth? 67 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before. This is not but legends of the former peoples." 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 And do not grieve upon them, nor be distressed because of their scheming. 70 Yet they say: "When will this promise come to pass? (Tell Us) if you speak the truth." 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 Your Lord has many favors for mankind but most of them are ungrateful. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Surely this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they are at variance; 76 It is a guide and mercy for the believers. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 Lo! thou canst not make the dead to hear, nor canst thou make the deaf to hear the call when they have turned to flee; 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
