And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 Do not sorrow for them, nor be thou straitened for what they devise. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 Your Lord has many favors for mankind but most of them are ungrateful. 73 And verily, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they reveal. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none to hear, save those who believe Our revelations and who have surrendered. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82
