Yet those who disbelieve say: When we have become dust like our fathers, shall we verily be brought forth (again)? 67 We were promised this, forsooth, we and our fathers. (All) this is naught but fables of the men of old. 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 And grieve you not for them, nor be straitened (in distress) because of what they plot. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say: "Perhaps that which you wish to hasten on, may be close behind you. 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And verily thy Lord knoweth all that their hearts do hide. As well as all that they reveal. 74 There is not a thing hidden in the heaven and earth except that it is in a Clear Book. 75 Lo! this Qur'an narrateth unto the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they differ. 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 So put thy trust in God; thou art upon the manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 You cannot guide the straying blind ones. You can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations submissively. 81 ۞ And when the word is fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth to speak unto them because mankind had not faith in Our revelations. 82
