Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Allah sufficeth for witness between me and you. He knoweth whatsoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those who believe in vanity and disbelieve in Allah, they it is who are the losers. 52 Now they challenge thee to hasten the coming upon them of [God's] chastisement: and indeed, had not a term been set [for it by God,] that suffering would already have come upon them! But indeed, it will most certainly come upon them of a sudden, and they will be taken unawares. 53 They ask thee to hasten on the Punishment: but, of a surety, Hell will encompass the Rejecters of Faith!- 54 They will be told on the Day of Judgment, when the torment will surround them from all sides, "Suffer the consequences of your deeds." 55 O My bondmen who believe! Indeed My earth is spacious – therefore worship Me alone. 56 Every soul shall taste death and then to Us you shall return. 57 And those who believed and did good deeds – indeed We will, surely, place them on high positions in Paradise beneath which rivers flow, abiding in it for ever; what an excellent reward of the performers! 58 and who are steadfast and put their trust in their Lord. 59 And many creatures walk upon the earth that do not carry their own sustenance; Allah provides the sustenance to them and to you; and only He is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 60 If you were to ask them: "Who has created the heavens and the earth and subjected the sun and the moon?" They will surely reply: "Allah." How then are they deviating (as polytheists and disbelievers)? 61 God grants abundant sustenance, or gives it in scant measure, to whichever He wills of His creatures: for, behold, God has full knowledge of everything. 62 And thus it is: if thou ask them, "Who is it that sends down water from the skies, giving life thereby to the earth after it had been lifeless?" - they will surely answer, "God." Say thou: "[Since this is so,] all praise is due to God [alone]!" But most of them will not use their reason: 63
