Among His Signs in this, that He created you from dust; and then,- behold, ye are men scattered (far and wide)! 20 Another of His signs is that He created mates of your own kind of yourselves so that you may get peace of mind from them, and has put love and compassion between you. Verily there are signs in this for those who reflect. 21 Another of His signs is that He created the heavens and earth, and the diversity of your languages and colours. There truly are signs in this for those who know. 22 And of His signs are your sleeping by night and by day, and your seeking of His grace verily herein are signs for a people who hearken. 23 And among His signs is that He shows you the lightning, instilling fear and hope, and sends down water from the sky, so revives the earth after its death; indeed in this are signs for people of intellect. 24 And of His Signs is that the sky and the earth stand firm by His command. Then no sooner than He summons you out of the earth you will come forth. 25 To Him belong all who are in the heavens and all who are on the earth. All are in obedience to Him. 26 And it is He Who initiates the creation, and will then create it again – and this, according to you, should be easier for Him! And for Him only is the Supreme Majesty in the heavens and the earth; and only He is the Almighty, the Wise. 27
