Indeed, We gave Moses the Book; so he not in doubt concerning the encounter with him; and We appointed it for a guidance to the Children of Israel. 23 When they were patient, We made from them leaders, guiding with Our Command and they were certain of Our verses. 24 Verily thy Lord! He shall decide between them on the Day of Judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing. 25 Hath this not guided them: how many generations We have destroyed before them amidst whose dwellings they walk? Verily therein are signs; will they not therefore hearken? 26 Have they not seen that We drive water to the parched land, thereby bringing forth crops which they and their cattle eat? Are they unable to see? 27 Yet they say: "When will this decree come, if you speak the truth?" 28 Say: "On the Day of Al-Fath (Decision), no profit will it be to those who disbelieve if they (then) believe! Nor will they be granted a respite." 29 and then leave them alone, and wait [for the truth to unfold as] they, behold, are waiting. 30
