And indeed We bestowed the Book to Moosa, therefore have no doubt in its acquisition, and made it a guidance for the Descendants of Israel. 23 And We made of them Imams to guide by Our command when they were patient, and they were certain of Our communications. 24 VERILY, it is God alone who will decide between men on Resurrection Day with regard to all on which they were wont to differ. 25 Does it not teach them a lesson, how many generations We destroyed before them, in whose dwellings they (now) go to and fro? Verily in that are Signs: Do they not then listen? 26 Have they not seen how We drive water (rain clouds) to the dry land without any vegetation, and therewith bring forth crops providing food for their cattle and themselves? Will they not then see? 27 They also ask: 'When will this Opening come, if what you say is true' 28 Proclaim, “On the Day of Decision*, the disbelievers will not benefit from their accepting faith, nor will they get respite.” (* Of death or of resurrection) 29 Therefore turn away from them and wait – indeed they too have to wait. 30
