O Prophet! say to your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers that they let down upon them their over-garments; this will be more proper, that they may be known, and thus they will not be given trouble; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites, those whose hearts are sick and those who encourage the spread of evil in the city, will not desist, We shall arouse you against them and they will only be allowed to be your neighbors for a short while. 60 Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering. 61 Such has been God's way with those who have gone before them. You shall find no change in the ways of God. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour. Say," Knowledge of it is only with Allah. And what may make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near." 63 Lo! Allah hath cursed the disbelievers, and hath prepared for them a flaming fire, 64 Living there for ever, they shall neither find a guardian nor a helper. 65 On the Day when their faces are turned over in the Fire, they shall say: "Oh, would that we had obeyed God, and obeyed the Messenger!" 66 They shall say, "Our Lord, we paid heed to our leaders and our elders, but they led us away from the right path. 67 O our Sustainer! Give them double suffering, and banish them utterly from Thy grace!" 68
